1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use Mindful. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have your parent or guardian's consent to use Mindful.

2. Use of the App

Mindful provides journaling tools, breathing exercises, meditation content, and AI-powered reflections for personal growth and mindfulness.

• • You may not misuse the App or use it for unlawful purposes.
• • You agree not to reverse engineer, copy, resell, or exploit the App or its content.
• • We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of Mindful require a paid subscription ("Premium").

• • Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• • You can manage or cancel your subscription through your app store account settings.
• • We do not provide refunds except where required by law.

4. User Content

You may create, upload, or input journal entries, notes, and other content ("User Content").

• • You retain ownership of your User Content. By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process your content solely for providing App functionality.
• • You are responsible for your User Content and agree not to submit anything unlawful, abusive, or infringing on third-party rights.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to the design, text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are owned by or licensed to Mindful. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

6. AI-Powered Features and Disclaimers

Mindful may provide journaling insights, daily reflections, and personalized recommendations powered by artificial intelligence.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• • We provide the App "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
• • We are not liable for damages, data loss, or reliance on any information provided through the App.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the App. Upon termination, your right to use the App ends immediately.

9. Governing Law
